The Website is just an intermediary, bridging the gap between the User desiring to avail our services and the Immigration Authorities of different countries. You understand that we are not providing legal services and are not a law firm.  The Website does not in any way guaranty visa/ immigration approval to the Country applied for by the User. The Website is not responsible for any delays, cancellations, financial or any other loss due to denial, delay in processing of the visa. You must hire a Law Firm for any due diligience.

The Company accepts no liability for any errors or omissions, whether on behalf of itself or third parties. You acknowledge that the Company has no relationship with you other than to providing you with this service. At no time shall the Company have any right, title or interest to any application/filing done by you. The Company does not have any control over the quality, failure to provide or any other aspect whatsoever of the application/ filing made and is not responsible for damages or delays.

We will not be liable to you or any third party because of our withdrawing any service from the Site or refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.

5.General Terms For Clients

When you retain Kaya Relocation Services to represent you with regard to any type of visa application, you undertake several responsibilities as a client, including:

• Providing all information and necessary documentation such as photocopies of ID documents, completed forms, original documents when necessary, and any other documents which are requested, in a timely fashion;

• Advising Kaya Relocation Services of any updates to your situation including changes in address or leaving Canada for extended periods of time;

• Advising Kaya Relocation Services of any correspondence you have received directly from the government in a timely fashion;

• Being honest and forthright about information regarding your application.

• Kaya Relocation Services is not responsible for documents lost by any Post, courier companies, or any mail service or government office;

• Kaya Relocation Services is not responsible for applications which are rejected. Applications are rejected at the sole discretion of the applicable government authority;

 

6.Payment

Our Site accepts all major payment methods which include:

• Visa (credit and debit cards) 

• MasterCard (credit and debit cards) 

• Any other payment method displayed on our Site.

We reserve the right to add or change our payment methods at sole discretion anytime.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Turkey where Kaya Relocation Services is based in.

Kaya Relocation Services is not liable for any delays caused by circumstances beyond Kaya Relocation Services’s control, e.g. general labor dispute, extreme weather, acts of war, fire, lightning, terrorist attacks, changed governmental orders, technical problems, defects in power- /tele-/computer communications or other communication and defects or delays in the service by sub-suppliers due to circumstances set forth above.

23.Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions set forth the entire understanding and agreement between you and Kaya Relocation Services concerning the subject matter herein and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written concerning the Site. A printed version of these Terms and Conditions and any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to these Terms and Conditions to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form. Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved. You may not assign the Terms and Conditions, or assign, transfer or sublicense your rights therein. A failure to act concerning a breach by you or others does not waive Kaya Relocation Services's right to act concerning subsequent or similar breaches.

Cancellations & Refunds

As a user, you may cancel your order at any time. You understand and accept that we will provide refunds only for online profile evaluation within 7 days. All our other services are strictly non-refundable.

The Company will not refund any service fees, embassy fees, courier fees, and shipping charges. The Company at its sole discretion may cancel any application:

a) If it suspects a client has undertaken a fraudulent transaction, or

b) If it suspects a client has undertaken a transaction which is not in accordance with the Terms and Conditions, or

c) For any reason outside the control of the Company.
